Why an online shop?

Many of our school clients have asked us for an easier way of accessing product information and pricing. The TTS Online Shop provides just that and more with a comprehensive range of products, education-discounted pricing that’s always up to date (our products and pricing won’t date like printed catalogues do) and offers exclusive to our client schools. Registered users get easy, secure access to the full catalogue of products. You can place an order and pay for the products just as you normally would when placing an order via email, phone or with your Account Manager.

Is the TTS Online Shop available for BYOD products and purchases?

Yes it is! Contact us to find out more about how the TTS Online Shop can be setup for your parent community to access a customised range of student devices and accessories to enhance your BYOD programme.

How much are the shipping/freight charges?

Freight charges are displayed during the checkout process and are calculated based on the delivery address/region and the size and weight of items ordered. Multiple items are shipped together to reduce freight charges where possible.

Can I talk to someone at TTS about the suitability of products I'm considering for my school?

Yes. Our Account Managers and Sales Support team are available to answer any questions you may have around product suitability and compatibility, total cost of ownership, future-proofing, the value of warranty upgrades, plus leasing and rent to return options. For more information contact us.

Can I lease products?

The TTS Online Shop doesn’t include a leasing payment option. However, we can supply schools with any products in the Online Shop, via a leasing agreement with one of our leasing partners. Please contact us for more information or to request a quote with lease pricing.

What is the expected delivery time?

Once your order is placed, it should take between two and seven business days to reach you. If a specific delivery date or time is required, please include instructions during the checkout phase.

Can you send my order to a PO Box?

All items are sent by courier to physical addresses only. We are unable to send to PO Box or Private Bag numbers sorry.

What payment methods can I use?

Schools that have an account with us can choose to pay on account and be invoiced for the goods ordered. As per our terms and conditions, payment is due within 7 days of the Invoice date. For all other buyers we accept payments by credit card or internet banking. Payments made by credit card will incur a 2% surcharge, calculated during the checkout process.
